In-Person, Personal Fitness Training
Build confidence in your body.
Training is delivered in-person at the well-equipped Sports Clinic Gym in central Christchurch as well as my private home studio in Belfast. Sessions are personalised to your goals, your energy levels, and your experience.

Whether you're just starting out, coming back after a break, or working toward specific strength or mobility goals, I’ll meet you where you’re at and coach you with care.
Your First Session: $115
​Your first session with me will be 60 minutes so that we can deep dive into your goals, establish where you are at as a starting point, get to know each other and work out what will be the best training option for you.
Training Options:

Online, Personal Fitness Training
Flexible, personalised training—wherever you are.
My online coaching service is designed for women who want expert support without the need for in-person sessions. Whether you’re training at home or at the gym, I’ll create a personalised programme that fits your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

You’ll receive regular check-ins and messaging support to help you stay on track, ask questions, and stay accountable—without the pressure of set appointments.
$229 per month
Train on your own time, with guidance you can trust.
You'll receive a virtual one-on-one session each month, an easy to follow programme and regular check-ins.

Semi-Personal Training
Personal Training without the price tag.
Get the benefits of personal training in a small-group environment. With a maximum of four people per session, you'll receive your own individualised programme tailored to your goals, fitness level, and experience.

Everyone works on their own goals during the session while benefiting from coaching, feedback, and support throughout. It's the perfect blend of individual attention, accountability, and community, all at a more accessible price point.

Behaviour-Focused Health & Nutrition Coaching

I take a habit-based approach to nutrition—helping you shift your mindset, remove guilt, and create lasting, empowering change in how you eat.
My approach is client-centred, which means you stay in the drivers seat; I help guide, support, and challenge you in the right direction.

Includes fortnightly coaching sessions, a personalised habit plan, regular check-ins, and support through an online accountability tool to help keep you on track.

Everything from the health plan, plus a weekly 45-minute personal training session for a full fitness and nutrition coaching experience.

RunStrong
Strength training for runners who want to go the distance.
RunStrong is a group programme designed specifically for runners that operates adjacent to school terms (usually 10 weeks). Whether you’re new to running or chasing a personal best, this class helps you build strength, improve form, and reduce injury risk.

Created in collaboration with elite marathon runner and physio Caden Shields, RunStrong combines expert programming with a motivating, small-group vibe, right here in the heart of Christchurch.
