I was hoping Ange would help me maintain a level of fitness that would improve my strength and mobility as I get older. I was struggling with my fitness in general and finding time to exercise.

Since working with Ange, I find that I can do things (read: LIFT THINGS!), that I would have said “you are dreaming” to if I’d been told I would be doing now. I am fitter than many of my contemporaries, more flexible and have maintained a great range of movement as I age.

Training with Ange is never boring, so I'm always motivated to attend my sessions knowing I'll get just what I need, and I enjoy being able to leave her studio feeling motivated and energetic for the rest of my day.

I love working with Ange. Her advice on nutrition is totally achievable. There are no restrictive diet ideas, which make you feel guilty when you have a treat. It is more of an education to support you in naturally making healthy choices for yourself. After experiencing success with Ange, I wouldn’t bother with anything else!

I started working with Ange to learn some new ways to manage and enhance my nutrition and movement. What I’d done in the past to maintain my weight wasn’t cutting it anymore.
Ange breaks down barriers to meet your goals.  She has the ability to dig deeper and get you to examine the actual reason behind why something is or isn’t working for you. She pushes you out of your comfort zone, truly listens to what you have to say, and tailors your weekly goals accordingly.
I now understand more about portion sizes and am able to calculate them in real-life situations (without using scales or counting calories). I am aware of my movement minimums, and how best I can weave these into my everyday life, even when life throws its inevitable curveballs!
I have more energy as my goals are achievable each day, success begets success! The bonus is that my clothes are starting to fit better, and I have been able to reintroduce some older clothes that haven’t fitted me for a while.
Did I get what I was hoping for? Absolutely! And some. Ange is a wealth of knowledge and has a genuine knack for asking the tough questions in a kind way.
