I'm a mother of two, nutrition & fitness behaviour change coach, an enthusiastic runner and food & wine enthusiast!
I love coaching people to have pride in what their body can do, enjoy foods that they love and build a healthier and more positive lifestyle.
My own journey with fitness and nutrition has been a long, winding, and very human one. Perhaps this sounds familiar?! My purpose is to help you build the skills, through consistent small & practical steps, to experience joy in your body and enjoy a nourishing diet without sacrificing things that are important to you.
I am qualified to provide behaviour based nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition), safe and effective fitness coaching for pregnant and postnatal women (Girls Gone Strong) and am an accredited trainer with Protect Self Defence, providing safety & empowerment training for women & young people throughout New Zealand.
I take pride in coaching with kindness, to meet you where you are at and walk alongside you on your journey of living your best, most empowered life.
